When does the US government have willing to alter SCAR rifle from M4?

I wish I could to tell this information is true, the United states army has been accepting main weapon " M4" which is gong to change from it to the new innovated weapon " SCAR rifle" this gun detail of mechanism that is very easy and quick to compose and detach. and more, the gun has especially character that can get to shooting though bad condition for 15,000 shot. M4's shooting endurance of the barrel for use it : about 7000 to 8000 degree. how do you feel about this innovative gun mustn't put it as remainee. What do you think?
