Will doing this help me gain strength, muscle, and get a six pack?

yes, but switch up the program every once in awhile or you will hit a plateau where the changes stop coming. Also let the muscle's you are working heal at least 3 days before working on them again. One thing I would recommend to you for your abs is hanging leg raises, hanging knee ups, and oblique knee ups. Other than that your program looks good bro. Keep up the training and remember to be patient because it doesn't happen over night. You also may want to get some whey protein to help with your gains as well.
