Bruce says cop isn't required to tell me why im pulled over at contact?

how about is he required to tell me at all? i was never given a reason other than "for a traffic violation" never given a ticket for any traffic violation but i was searched and i let them search car and because my penger asked why we were pulled over the cop said he didn't like his attitude and thats why i was getting a ticket then he had to find a reason for ticket a small crack in windshield . if he pulled me over for a traffic violation why didn't he say what the violation was and why didn't i get a ticket? because i didn't violate any traffic laws and he knew it.
