Is my son's mother familicidal?

As heart wrenching as this is I don't see a question answerable by us. Is she fratricidal? Only a psychiatrist can say. But I see one thing which worries me. If you have keylogging software on her computer and are logging her chats you can not use that in court. That has privacy issues all over it and is quite illegal. You need to stop it. I know that because I just barely dodged that same bullet doing that myself and only by luck I didn't end up on the wrong side of the police. As far as the other, as complex as this is, I think your only avenue is to await the judges order and go from there. Once you have that and it is in your favor you can start to rebuild your son's life. She is definitely hurting and perhaps in the future you can help her too. But right now you can only wait.
