okay so ive been dieting for the past week which is the longest that ive EVER stuck to anything..i have a cool support system...(a really skinny friend lol) anyway so ive been eating baked boneless with broccoli cuts. of course theres seasoning but light seasoning. and i TOTALLY cut out juices soda sweets fast food fried foods switched to fat free milk..the works....my question is ...if anyone can answer...how much weight should i expect to lose by oct? oh yeah and my work out regimen starts tomorrow 3 days a week starting off light.
