What this sound like?

I am 53 year old female. Who underwent Gastric Byp surgery a little over a year ago. For about 4-5 months now, I have been having trouble with my stomach (pouch) hurting and severe pains in my back. I just ate a few hours ago and up it came with blood in it. What do you think I should do. And does it sound like something patricular?
