Why is NASCAR trying to cover up their officials lossening up the Lug nuts on Kyle Busch's truck?

I've heard the scrubbed all audio and video of one of their own loosening the lugs on Kyle's truck. I think this should be a criminal offense for NASCAR to engage driver safety for political correctness...
