Do I have to keep taking the Pills after after reaching desired results?

I have heard that most natural Enhancement Pills do not work...however there is one brand that claims to have just the right combination of herbs & other ingredients, to actually work. If this is true, do I have to continue taking the pills once I reach the desired results?
