GIRLS: What would you do in this situation? (Girls only PLEASE)?

I'm at my step-mom/dads house and I'm on my period...I got blood almost ALL over my sheets and comforter..It's easily hideable if I have to, but I can't do my own laundry here. I'm kinda close to my stepmom, but not in "this kind" of way. My dad doesn't do the laundry. The only other girl is my "step-grandma" but I don't talk to her about this either. I don't know what do to do!
