How much money would it cost to create this MMORPG?

Millions of dollars my friend, you have to hire head programmers, and a group of programmers, the artists, the story writers, developers, moderators, and you have to run the servers even after you have created the game. Plus the time and equipment used to make this type of a game. Great idea, but the money involved is very high. Good luck!
