If somebody blocks an answer here simply because it doesn't agree with their view, isn't that censorship

It is not right to use the blocking feature because you don't like an opinion, but is does and will happen, i wouldn't care if someone blocked me for an opinion, i wouldn't want to answer that persons questions again anyway because they showed me that they want agreement and thats not for me!
