Is Age 28 too old to achieve good healthy skin without makeup?

Any products by philosophy skin care. Their skin care lines is amazing. I am currently using one called "Make-up Optional". It is a 3 step skin care regume and it's pretty expensive, but you will notice results in a day! It's sold at Ulta or you can get it online at Seophora. I started using it 3 months ago and my acne-prone, red skin looks airbrushed.
