FAA private pilots glider test?

On the FAA private pilot glider test what are some of the questions so i get a basic idea? and say i live in kentucky and the closest glider port is chilhowee in tennesee if i was to buy a glider do you think i can keep it there and still live in kentucky? Also what is the price range on glider insurance and overall cost of keeping a glider?
